This website is operated by Ulivary. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ulivary. Ulivary offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products and services to you.

You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights, contain unlawful or malicious material, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your submissions.

Your personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally information on the site may contain errors or omissions (e.g. product descriptions, pricing, promotions). We reserve the right to correct any errors, modify or cancel orders if information was inaccurate, even after you place an order.
We have no obligation to update or amend information unless required by law. No given date indicates that all content is up-to-date.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notifying us or ceasing to use the Service.
If we suspect you have violated the Terms, we may terminate immediately without notice. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination remain in effect.

These Terms, together with any policies or rules on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.

SECTION 20 – SMS Marketing Service

If you consent to Ulivary’s SMS marketing during checkout or subscription, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (order updates, abandoned cart reminders), marketing offers, and transactional texts (e.g. review requests), even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition for purchase. 
To unsubscribe, reply “STOP” to any message or use the provided unsubscribe link. If you change phone number or we change short code, we may not receive or honor your request. Carriers may charge message/data rates.
