1. What Size Am I?

For kimono robes, we offer free sizes as we believe your size is the size. For loungewear and others, please reference our sizing guide here to find the perfect fit.


2. Do you have any discounts or promotions running?

We frequently offer discounts, promotions, and special offers. The best way to get discounts and promos on Ulivary gear is to sign up to receive our promotional emails. New customer signups will receive a 15% off coupon code along with exclusive offers and first access to new styles each month.


3. How do I apply my discount code?

Discount codes may be applied during checkout. Add items to your cart and select checkout. On the page where you enter your address, you will see a field to enter your gift card or discount code. Enter your code and click Apply. Some promos are automatic and do not require a code.


4. Can I combine multiple discount codes and/or promotional offers?

You cannot use more than one promo code at a time. However, you may use a promo code AND also qualify for Free Shipping if the final price still meets the requirement.


5. How should I care for my Ulivary piece? Care Instructions

No worries, Ulivary items are easy to care!
For kimono robes: wash below 40°C with similar colors using gentle detergent, line dry in shade. Tumble dry on delicate if needed. Iron under 110°C.

Care Instructions:

  • Machine washable

  • Gentle cycle with like colors

  • Mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Payments are encrypted with 128-bit SSL.
Credit card details are never stored and are sent directly to Stripe or PayPal.

All transactions are processed in USD, but other currencies can be displayed in store.


8. Can I send a Ulivary gift to a friend?

Yes. During checkout, update the shipping address to your friend’s address.


9. How do I enter a coupon code?

During checkout, look for the box above the billing details. Enter your code and click Apply. Your total will update. Some discounts apply automatically.


10. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Contact service@ulivarylifeshop.us as soon as possible and provide your order number.


11. What’s my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


12. I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. Did it go through?

Check your SPAM folder first.
If you did not reach an Order Confirmation page after checkout, your order may not have processed. Contact customer service before placing another order.
Creating an account helps you track your orders.


13.Do you ship to countries outside of the Us?

Yes, we do! You will simply need to change the flag at the top ofour site navigation to the flag of the country where you're trying toship. Once you change the flag to the correct country, you'll seethe correct shipping options and estimates at checkout.


14.How long it will take for me to receive my Ulivary pieces?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 around theworldwide.
We have the following shipping options available for you.
Standard - Delivery in 4 to 8 Business Days
Expedited- Delivery in 2 to 4 Business Days via Fedex
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.


15.How much money do l have to spend in order to qualify for freeshipping?

In order to qualify for free shipping, the order total has to be above$50.Please understand when applying a coupon code your cartotal is reduced. For free shipping, the order total with couponcode included must be above $50.
