Order Processing
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items first. The remaining items will be shipped separately once they become available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a phone number was provided) containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If you need to correct your address, please contact support@ulivarylifeshop.us as soon as possible.
If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, Ulivary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier in your region to file a claim. Customer support can assist if needed.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible U.S. orders may be returned if items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
